Erock, during the announcement of the final share count, the consultant was also announced to bring a new level of professionalism to KATX for a 5 year contract.
My speculation is that this 100mil shares are used for the consultant. I may be wrong though.... and it would be great to verify this. We will hear about a clarification sooner.... Maybe birdman can post the email to Ken so that we don't drown our poor CEO with tons of queries.
