I don't believe that Mr. Sundel is Chris Dubeau's "dad" either in a family kind of sense. But Mr. Sundel did control this company from his condo. I'm not sure why everyone is so upset about that -- who cares if the guy sold marijuana for a living in the 1980s. It's a decision people must make. I bought the stock on numerous occasions knowing these facts, so there's no reason to want to bury them.

I have went back and verified the information and it is correct. The article citing the habeas corpus filed by William Sundel incorrectly called him "William A. Sundel." The correct name is William Henry Sundel, and he is indeed the person who was convicted of running a major marijuana ring in Rhode Island. It was a long time ago, so public references are sketchy, but do a search for "William H. Sundel" on Google and a law review article will appear that contains the correct middle name.

It is important to note that there are only 2 William Sundel's in the United States. The first one is our Willie. The second one is a young man who was born in 1980, so he couldn't have ran the marijuana ring in the late 80s.
