Let me revisit this again regarding the Delaware BK Court's Settlement Procedures. When the WMI's lawyer's file a Motion with the Settlement Agreement, is it likely it will include all the terms of the Agreement ... such as cash or stocks and who and how anyone is relieved of any future legal actions??

If so, when it's made public it should immediately affect share value so it would most likely be filed after hours? But we should all know basically what to expect in the next day's market. Right? Is it possible with this case being so huge ... they would not post the Motion until it's signed off by the Judge??
