Actually, being LOW is usually considered a good time to BUY.

People usually say, "Buy LOW, sell HIGH."

They can and do suspend companies for these things.

If these are FACTUAL INFORMATION, then as the assistant moderator of this board you should post it on the iBox.

Actually - there are MANY facts you might want to work on.

WILLIAM HENRY SUNDEL is not the same person as WILLIAM A. SUNDEL who was arrested and tried for drugs in the early eighties, nearly 30 years ago.

WHY you would even want to put such "heresay" into an iBox is quite frankly appalling.

The entire iBOX is SO biased.

You mention that his interview was COMPENSATED in big capital letters.

Uh....MANY interviews and newsletters are compensated, and virtually ALL PRs are compensated.

...but people don't put COMPENSATED in big capital letters unless they want to drive people away.

Can I tell you what IS illegal? It is illegal to purposely BASH a stock.

"Bashing" is a legal term, and it encompasses the purposeful disreputing or damaging of a company's reputation FALSELY for the purpose of monetary gain.

The SEC doesn't typically make investigations on every post because it is very time consuming...but it is a VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW.

And I am EXACTLY the kind of guy who would report such things, because I am a corporate CEO myself, and I don't take lightly this kind of behavior.

Who gave you this information? Was it William Henry Sundel, the guy who claims to be Chris DuBeau's dad? .

Or was it William A. Sundel, the guy who was involved in an appeal for a drug possession charge in 1984?

If you guys are going to delete everything that is not relevant to ATNP, you should start with the iBox.
