Does tops have the luxury of dropping PTFC as a shell?

That is my question. Did the BK court have to approve the buyout? If so, then the BK was already on.

There are numerous instances where the BK court decreed the shares worthless...for one, Winn Dixie, a grocery chain. For another, K Mart.

Those stories turned out well for everyone except the shareholders.

But as you can see, I have too many questions and not enough answers.

But please, don't let me spoil the party!! I wanta get in on the act, but I wanta know more first!!
