I do NOT think TOPS owns the shell. Others may disagree, but from my reads through the 8K's have lead me to believe the shell is still there with the potential to be liquidated or sold.

Just my opinion based on my 8K readings.

I'm fairly new to BK plays so I'm proceeding with caution as well.

Great questions that need to be asked. From what I can tell, this thread respects great hardcore DD. There is a wealth of it here that answers many questions. but not them all. There is still plenty of speculation to go around.
