and you must not understand that the company can't pay it's bills or make payroll so it's dumping shares to do so.
The brokers haven't just stopped trading CPRK there's a whole list of stocks you can't buy...they're risky penny stocks and they don't want their clients buying them...it's stupid I know...it's my money and I should be allowed to buy whatever I want with it...but stop trying to make excuses...there's not a big enough short in this to matter IMO.
This selling is benefiting Ameritrade, Scottrade, E*Trade and any other broker who sold shares they couldn't get delivery on. Now they're able to sell at a much lower shareprice, clear the FTD's off their books, and pocket a nice profit on top of it all.
