You must not understand what could be going on here. There are so many Fail to Deliver share orders that Ameritrade, Scots, e-trade stopped everyone from buying iou shares! In my opinion of course there are brokers? or investors? or Manipulators driving the pps down. Like I mentioned before everyone should look at post #53276 it is a very good read! and may open up everyone's eyes to what could be going on! As mentioned before PHANTOM SHARES
