Thank's.A lot of my friend's Re-fied themselve's to the max and are so upside down It's sad.I've got my house/70 acre farm/4 car's/motorcycle and business paid for outright.Paid CASH for all,except house.15 year fixed in 96,paid off in six year's.NEVER buy something you can't afford,including STOCK'S!!!
