PPS will rise before any PR's comes out with people trying to get in before the price blows up.Especially with it looking like the company has already bought back a large amount off shares.It is the only logical explanation for all the huge blocks going through.This makes me extremely confident in BEDA and there plan.In addition the chart looks primed,it's on the SHO and there making big aquisitions this looks like a perfect storm coming.
