That is what I have always heard, T trades are trades settling in after hours. I mean I have heard that for 10 years now.
It is a bit confusing when the stock trading is slow enough that such trades should have technically settled during regular business hours. I've seen that a lot too, a stock with slow trading and then T trades coming through EOD. It's odd, but I have never seen anything stating that indicates dilution specifically other than these couple of posts.
