Well yes, there are bashers here that knew from the start CMKX was a scam. Even before the majority of shareholders ever heard of CMKX.

There were clues like the ECNC/PCBM boyz paying Ed Thompson to spam CMKX, also Urban pulled the same stunt on a smaller scale with Petro Plus.

The biggest mystery was John Edwards. He was the missing link some of us have been searching for. Gary Walters connected Edwards to Uncle Milt and Bobby McAllister. Their names came up in Bruce Harlan's deposition.

So, we wait anxiously for Turino's indictment for more details on how this network of crooks operated. Which BTW, is why the sting theory gets blown away, imo.
