Hi Snaphook3, I did a search on my hard drive, I have the latest Spybot S&D 1.3, and I do not have that dll on my hard drive! Makes me wonder where you got your Spybot from? There are several web sites that say they have Spybot but instead have some other program! There is only one place to get Spybot S&D 1.3 and that is http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html I recommend you remove that Spybot, and re-download from this site.
