Some background on James Parker:

He found JBII on his own, and became a shareholder. He also started that blog. Some time after the blog was started he contacted John, and due to his experience as a journalist/writer, John hired him to be IR.

And now, in order to avoid any possible conflict of interest, etc, he has given the blog to yours truly.

SO, if this is the most earth shattering negative you can find about JBII, we are in EXCELLENT shape........lol..........z

Ok....sorry your DD didn't pan out for you and you have no interest in buying any stock. Imo JBII is an honest well run company with a dedicated honest hard working CEO. The stock price is going much much higher from here as EPS escalates.....adios.

JBII is the least shady company in existence! Everything above board, and a BOD that will have investors holding seats on it!

I just got back from 3 hours of root canal work, so I am behind on posts and E-Mail.

JJ - you say you have completed your DD, and that you are out. You never indicated you were in to begin with (if memory serves), rather you seem to have indicated the contrary.

I am glad you have "concluded your DD", as everything you have posted to date seemed inflamatory, rather than reasoned, with the impression of being, at best, a "devil's advocate." I have engaged others in debate where similar strategy is used - find apparent "issues" which can then be massaged to fit your premise, as opposed to doing thorough research and comparative evaluations.

This recent posting of yours I expect has been addressed by others in s concise fashion. If not, after I have caught up with the postings, I shall take a hand at addressing it.
