I would think the only reason for the delay can only be that maybe all parties are nearing the end of settlement discussions. I am no lawyer, but I can't come up with any other reason to delay.

Been with this stock both pre and now post seizure. I guess I'm getting a little bit impatient with the seeming lack of progress. Maybe I need to get more sleep! Lol
