Pike seems to file before he has to - by that I mean before the deadlines. Remember that it was Pike's offshore fund that raised $16,750,000 in a RegD Private Placement to bring the cash in to make the 160,000,000 share buys. The Private Placement showed only 6 investors. Mabye one investor wanted out so Pike shifted ownership of positions between funds to get the one guy out ... or mabye the original RegD investors now hold common stock. The true reason will come out when we are back on OTCBB. The best thing about it is it reaffirms that his gruop is still holding 160,000,000 shares which I believe if 50% or more of the O/S..
