I think it is just a very unfortunate coincidence that at the same time they are doing the R/S, and reducing the par- they have absolutely nothing to do with each other - two seperate problems they are fixing - but the group here panics that it means they expect the pps will go to a penny again. Totally ridiculous conspiracy theory. The company market cap woul be under one million dollars if that happened, and the cap is worth approximately 150-250 million.
