Would someone wiser than myself, Which would be Anybody :) ,please tell me the benefit of a reverse split and a reduction in par value together? RS and par value should be seperate issues, never at the same time, that sounds disasterous, why would we need both unless they saw the PPS dropping after RS? If this is so, then why do we need a RS. It sounds like the voting issues are matters wanted by others ... cough cough YA. Will someone please help me resolve this.
