I had noticed the 11/25/2209 filings, which cover the period ending on 8/31/2009. The letter of Attorney does mention the O/S as of Nov 2009 which is fairly recent. Hopefully someone at TSHO will take a minute to get the PinkSheet tier information up-to-date because it's a small amount of work to ensure a prospective new investor gets warm and fuzzy feelings about the company ...
