Rosen has cleared his slate for defending ONLY Creditors. From that POV, Weil had to TRY to protect thieir interests from equity holders as was their duty as stated in court. They (Weil/Rosen) HAD to do what he did to maintain his relationship with his client and future clients. Since the judge clarified that the EC stands, the next stance by Weil and Co will be to acquire every cent they can for all of us as a group because they need to TRY to assure that creditors will see as much as possible. As someone rightly mentioned before, Weil is now fighting for us indirectly as he fights for his client....the creditors!

Rosen and his tactics were harsh but I believe he knew all along that the EC would stand. It was good acting on his part! It will pay dividends to future clients.
