And Hackett's isn't even "in" HCKI...IMO..."JimZ" proved it with links a while back...The 96 shares were traded out...Anybody reading back can see for themselves... And, if they are "in" as some believe, can't he "spin" them out as he did at SEVA?... without giving shareholders ANYTHING!...Legal? ...
