Well, I can't know what they're thinking. If it were me and I traded commodities with my company, I would not want to launch something like they are planning under the same company. It could easily be construed that I encouraged "Traders" to be interested in the companies I was invested in. It's good to have a separate entity, separate books and hopefully the same staff that manage 141 Capital's investments are not heavily involved in this new entity.
