thats exactly right and its not just the old creditors and mom and pops operations that zecevic ripped off that will be waiting for him. The authorities will be there when he lands I can guarantee you that. thats why he will never attampt to collect on that. florida law is very clear. if he makes even a single attempt to collect then he is IMMEDIATELY subject to Florida law and jursdiction. Meaning, he wont be able to argue on jurisdiction. he will be trapped with no where to go. and BTW a judgement from that IS enforceable in Canada
