This is not a co-incidence at all, i really can't find a BK stock that don't go up massively after an EC approved. I am sure we all came across CEMJQ before.

Lest we forget however, that September surge was based on PURE speculation as it was the 1 year anniversary of the seizure! Many day traders entered the fray!

Now that we have the EC, the current speculation is more “rulings” based than Septembers which was more of a pie in the sky – settlement will happen on the 1 year anniversary!
