Hodges' case confirms CMKX was used as a vehicle in a sting operation, and statements made in the case are now confirmed by talks taking place to release the money from the frozen trust accounts between Al Hodges and the SEC and other Government entities.
That's just a lie, and it's never a good idea to lie in court filings. Merely filing a lawsuit, which is what Crazy Al has done, does not "confirm" anything. Hodges may be "talking" to the SEC, but they're obviously not interested in what he has to say.
Al has confirmed in his suit that the SEC has lied to CMKX shareholders representatives for years about imminent release of the shareholders trust accounts.
Again, he "confirmed" nothing. He made that claim, which is specious. At no time did the SEC ever "promise" shareholders money, much less say it was about to be released to them.
Comments made by Bud Burrell (file No. S7-19-07 to the SEC), consultant for John O’Quinn who has a multi trillion dollar class action going against the same perpetrators...
O'Quinn is dead, and he never filed a "multi trillion dollar class action" against the SEC.
Eagletech: Inexplicably the SEC ran a sting but aided the perpetrators, while ensuring the victims companies identified in that sting would never recover by creating an illegal clause with these same perpetrators.
The SEC did not "run a sting". It sued Eagletech civilly, and got the DOJ to prosecute Curshen, who is now in jail.
Pointing out all of the misstatements of fact and all of the incredibly faulty logic in this screed would take hours. Gus obviously has no clue about how the SEC works. Come to that, he has no clue about much of anything.
And where's the rest of it?
