speaking of the David and Goliath story-- 1 Samuel, chapter 17 in the Holy Bible...
here is a little tidbit that most people don't know--- that makes the allusion to WAMU even more powerful.
David carried five stones in his sling and killed Goliath with the first shot. The other four stones weren't for backup- in case David missed.... no no no.
The other four stones were for Goliath's other four brothers (if they chose to also oppose him).
Young David was so confident in his God - he knew he would only need one shot to slay his giant.
Even though Wamu is the David in this story-- WAMU has five stones in her sling-- and one by one she will confidently slay
her giant and the others that seeked to take her down!
