Is there any "criminal" charges filed by WMI against JPM and/or FDIC yet?

WMI may be should scare them with this?

But then how about DOJ investigation?

I think the only incentive might force JPM and FDIC to settle this IFF they know all the pending and future law suits, including the "criminal ones" will be dropped when they settle.
