The guys behind these small companies are wired different than the average Joe like me LOL. I have a 73 race ready Nova with 550 horsepower I am selling now because I need the cash to pay bills. I only use it 5 times a year so I think it is time to go. Guys like Mark see it differently. They see a car that could be a race winner, one that needs a few more tweaks, perhaps a new set of tires and even a new driver. They try to hold on to assets and leverage them to their max.
Research shows that the property has been inspected and no problems have been found. I believe there were some valid relationships made during the RRLB days that still exist concerning the Energy Park. I believe that Mark is trying to nurture those relationships now and bring forward what was once started and abandoned. Certainly a fully developed property with purpose is worth far more than a few empty acres in Louisiana.
