The same reason why they would release news regarding the creation of a new division called Reliant Health Services Corporation, and then 12 days later announce that they've closed their Reliant Clinic.

Take a look at the Nov. 5 & Nov. 17 news releases - BTW, the Nov. 17 news release was announced shortly after it was discovered by a couple of shareholders that their diagnostic clinics were actually closed.

Read carefully through all of the news releases and filing reports - this is why I continue to be concerned about the legitimacy of Bederra.
