Well, besides the fact that they are reducing their debts significantly and the opening dates of the fuel station(s) coming nearer, I expect a pps of .25 by the end of 2010/the middle of 2011.

An uplisting to OTCC may speed up things a little and will get more attention of big institutions.

I also think this was the last R/S.
