I have no idea. OSC didn't provide an explanation. The SEC filed a civil complaint against the crooks in October 2009 (See post at top). It's possible that the SEC is now lead on the prosecution and OSC will provide support.

If you have access to PACER, you can follow the SEC case against the crooks.
