with that info will it be possible that it will start to trade again ? the second to last line said that it is in the public interest to make this order. last line states the hearing on the merits is adjourned sine die... what's that supposed to mean? i'm no lawyer. i'm going to email the company again and see if i get a response. thanks for your input!!
