I was thinking the same thing Voodoo. She is feeling her decisions are warranted. However always keep in mind, that most Judges want case law to bakc them up. There was no case law on the EC disband, there is case law on the new discovery.
From what i have read from countless accounts of Thursday, THJMW has an air of CONFIDENCE about her. I like that in a Judge who has to make NEW DECISIONS! I like that she is not going to sign the order for denying the New Disovery, essentially leaving the door open for Quinn to petition the court seperately for each subpoena. YEP!
