I don't know the real reason we are locked down either. I opened a new account with Zecco and was able to buy today.

I opened the account with Zecco just in case EESO would have a percentage increase like VW did last year. Sometimes crazy things happen and if so I'd kick myself if I couldn't participate.

Hopefully we'll know more in the future and see what is really going on with DTCC. IMO

You missed the mark when you assumed the shares were restricted.

the shares that Carnes was issued were never registered.

You need to read the SEC complaint again.
