Agreed Beastie. At this stage, and knowing Shen's background, I don't see how we could have contributed at the level that he did last spring. I think the JV with RWE all but made Shen expendable.
The agreement with RWE fits like a glove and ultimately improves the end-product. Win-win for both sides
