Yes the 8k/A, Confirmed there doing the financial's, and it has now been signed into an official SEC Form. The original 8k was the announcement, this one is the real deal. 2008 Financials should be received within the next 4 weeks, with 2009 shortly there after. Then next step OTC.


A PR should be coming very soon now.

TheReader, What I meant is that it is NOT the financial filings...

...that everyone is waiting for. The very same filings that need to be brought current, and are critical to getting the project financed.

If this 8-K/A is important you then I can't argue that point. Maybe you know this accountant; perhaps he's your friend? Whatever...

But I really couldn't care less who the accountant is, as long as his work is thorough and "leaves no stone unturned" in the audit.
