actually it is. I am sure that arsc has all the financials in order or they would not have gotten the financing. Now If I was the finance company I would tell arsc what accountant to use *one that I know well* before I would release any more funds. So dont be surprised if the filings come sooner than 90 days as they are really basically done. This would be more an audit, or dd on the part of st george. Good news all in all
