I know i could really use that money to pay my family medical bills and debt.

I want to be the hero for them. God willing Justice will happen.

Granted we will pay uncle sam a nice chunk. I wont complain about being in that higher tax bracket for once in my life.

I think that is over reaching but $12-$16 is doable. Unless of course we go to trial nad delay this out then 3x is possible.
