Regardless of this or that... ANY penny stock can run when the conditions are right.

If they hit it with a buy back PR (or something else), even if its pure BS, it will see some gains from here IMO.... Theres strong dollar volume on this one, it wants to go higher, the sellers just need to back off and let it trend
