Most people will not act until the sh..t really hits the fan in their personal lives or the personal lives of friends and relatives.

I expect a lot of folks to reach this tippling point during a second Bush term even as a small minority continue to make out like bandits.

Don't you get it? As long as the protest stays on the net it is merely a way to rid yourself of your natural aversion of the current dictatorship in the US. Nothing more, once you turn off your PC and sit back in your TV chair with a full bottle of Coke/Bud in one hand and a Burger/Pizza in the other, the world looks ok again, doesn't it? And the new US nazi elite goes on with doing what it wants.

LMAO! Democracy does not work without organized non violent civil disobedience IMO. I am talking about the real thing not spam in cyberspace. However writing your Senator is by NO MEANS doing nothing. They DO worry about getting re-elected. Although with the new electronic voting perhaps in the future they wont have that worry any longer.
