Lol the website is very important as it will provide us data and videos. It will also help us determine how legitimate this device is. That in a sense will also help us gauge the passing rate through KFDA. Will it fail or pass? Nothing is ever 100%.

Everyone is assumming it will pass which is completely BS. I've heard it all in every biotech company. The chances of approval are very slim even for medical devices. Until it is approved this is still a lottery ticket. I say lottery ticket because it's hard to predict anything with just patent information. I've seen millions go to waste on patents and yet never get passed in FDA.

I'm just hoping that the CEO isn't delaying the KFDA data/applications to the public, because he is expecting it to fail because I've seen that happen also. I just dont understand why he wouldn;t send out a PR about the KFDA. Personal emails is just a bunch of shit. He could lie about those and get away with it. EASILY.

KFDA is the most important right now. The manufacturers mean nothing without it.

I agree, well put. The more e-mails he has to answer, the less time he has to work on deals. JMO
