I would think no one would promote it until at least Friday, if it were going to happen this week.

The reason is that I wouldn't expect the audit to be done before February, which starts next Monday... and if they wanted to go BIG, they would plan to have a high volume Friday to get it on radars and to chat it up over the weekend.
