No Offense, but my friend had a lot of trouble getting it rolling with pay pal, and was wondering why he just could not put in his card digits and be done with it (not using the pay pal method).

I got it going personally, but just sighting an additional example of what some have echoed here.

Tech support worked for me. Was pretty quick and no complaints on that front.
I had to add the Microsoft MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 to my vista laptop and re-install RealTime, and it worked fine.
I only spent about 10 minutes using it today.
