I expect, from talking to Ben, that the PayPal issue will be resolved sometime next week. It is not as simple as just turning it off. However, like I said before, the company is listening to subscriber and would-be subscribers comments and doing something about them.

Yesterday, a few people complained they could not see or did not notice the Download RealTime Now button. So, iFinix techs changed it last night and make it bold and red in order to prevent that from happening to future subscribers.

The Technical Service has received nothing but positive reviews. They have been very helpful and professional to all callers. Finally, RealTime in its current release is working very well. I believe this week will prove beneficial heading into the full release. The company can use this time to accomplish the small tweaks and revise subscription policies prior to the full release which will result in more subscriptions, IMO.
