The fundamentals will take over eventually, the traders move the stock price in the absence of news.

One large order announced, over 200 pilots completed, SED's are gaining acceptance.

Q4 will be reported soon.

In my opinion it would be best if SKS never mentions or alludes to HP at all until or unless there is a done deal and the same for most any other alliance,partnership, or potential contract. There has been enough unfulfilled expectation over the years that even if an HP deal is extremely likely the company and investors are all better of without conjecture and management needs to manage that aspect as well. At least that is the way I feel about it.

Looks like Wave Systems is on the right track with several things and I would think that the Government trial which was supposed to be 17 months ( I think) starting last fall is going to take most if not all of that 17 months to have any kind of announcement or more coming from it. Government doesn't move fast but it would be a nice outcome if Wave hits a nice contract there by spring of 2011.

Hopefully we will see significant contracts with actual revenue consistently in each quarter of 2010 and building from there!
