Spec, I do not use FF so I cannot help you. I know a few other folks had the same issue today and the tech support took good care of them. Can you go there during the day tomorrow??

I got it, I had to use a different email address in ie than the one I used in firefox.
Hope that doesn't create confusion in the future, but the software is installing.

i use a linux distro, so i use ff, not sure if it is the same but the plug in manager is under tools menu.......

there may also be more info on the plugin at the pay pal site.....
