This is not going to help you but I had a problem with my machine and when I fixed it subscribing was a snap. I'm not saying it's you machine but if you go to the website and ask for support I'm sure they have all your info and for some reason was just a glitch.

Same issue, it sen me to paypal and no sure why I used my cc.
Also, no problems with this machine.
