First my builder had a change on what he charged but it will still be O.K. I guess as he is about done on the first one. If it don't selll there want be a second one. I think it is a very very good deal compared to all the new homes in the area. The thing is all who would love it have credit problems. I will know come March if I have chosen the right thing. I know its a nice looking house and certainly worth the money. If I can't sell mine the others will certainly have problems selling theirs. They can move in mine if they have good credit for nothing as I will pay all closing cost, and on closing write them a check for $10,000 to pay off any other bills they have and the government will give them $8,000 so if they have good credit they should be in outstanding shape financially.
