ace sold his stake a few weeks before the R/S and cut ties with dennis and crew before then.

I think they had been feeding him a line of bull that was starting to smell like it sounded.

not sure about sbleau, he was surprised at the R/S as they had repeatedly told him that a R/S was not in the plans. next thing u know, boom.

i can't blame either, they believed in this company and i believed, too...i am glad i got most of my money out before the split. I'm sad that I still had something in it afterwards.
