Sorry buddy, hate to tell you this, but HNAB is an OTCBB company, so they have to report any changes to the O/S and A/S. Given the amount of warrents and shares outstanding, the O/S is pretty close to the A/S if my numbers are correct. So there cannot really be much dilution, if any going on. A change in the A/S would be the only real way to drag down the price this much, and an A/S change would need to be notified.
The stock is dropping because the BioMed company that alerted this company alerted another one, so people are selling this and getting into that.
